The staff was Wonderful, Friendly, and very helpful. A very nice spot and clean. The restaurant and bar was very inviting and the staff was very friendly. Food was very tasty and the atmosphere there was awesome. I was there for business but will return to take full advantage of the Spa.

The room and bathroom were very nice! The restaurant had great food and there were options for sauna, message and gym. Parking is tight so no large cars. Short walk to stores and some restaurants in the city center. I would definitely stay here again.

As I look over the English language reviews, it looks like it has been awhile since any were posted. My girlfriend and I stayed here from April 26 to April 28, 2022. We booked the luxury room, which was very modern, clean and up to date. For what we paid, we thought it was amazing value. Our first night we ate at the London Pub and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffets were top notch. The croissants are to die for. We spent the day at the boat. It was our first experience at a wellness spa and we will certainly be back. We tried 4 of the saunas. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and especially the loungers on the lawn. Being from Canada, it was a treat to be able to go nude. Yes, naturists are a rare breed in the Great White North. As is the case everywhere, there were some staff shortage issues. However, they did their best and for that I cannot fault them.

Finally we went with my husband to Brabant, I was very excited about the Mill that's why we booked this hotel in particular. The restaurant is terrible, the service was bad, boring and with several deficiencies. The food didn't look like a chef's meal, to be honest I would have preferred to eat in McDonald. The room was perfect for me, clean and ordered UNTIL the last day when we were ready to leave, I use to take off the bed sheets and I found on the duvet a BLOOD SPOT!!! that's inaceptable!! Specially in a 4 stars hotel!! I think it was a "female period spot" (picture below..) very disgusting.... 2 stars in my review just because the women at the front desk, they were 1A!!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and hospitable. However our double room which we booked for the weekend was very disappointing, the shower was small and the water pressure was very weak. The shower head was also broken and could not stay still. No kettle or complimentary tea provided. For the summer months, there was no AC and a fan was provided but it made a constant squeaking noise when we used it. In addition to have room service, you need to pay an extra €5!! We appreciated the cleaning team tidying our room even though it was a short stay. However generally the poor standard of the room was what let us down and it was the staff that really made up for our stay at the hotel. We also really enjoyed the spa experience which was wonderful but some investment is really needed to upgrade the hotel rooms for the price they are charging.
